I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. easy to create a fillable forms and let our clients to fill
need to pay upgrade to get certain function, like just directly download the filled form from my clients

Easy to Use Online Document Filter
Online platform allows for less bulky application. Some users liked that it was online and they didn't have to have an expensive bulky app like Adobe.
There are some features lacking and the website could use a little reboot. For the price, you can't get any better than this but it could still look better. It would be easier to use.

The initial setup went smoothly. Once I figured how to save the documents with the correct name after duplicating the original form, I had no problems.

Impressive customer service
I needed pdfFiller for one time use so subscribed and immediately cancelled my subscription when I had finished. A month later I was charged $96. I got in contact with their customer support team via the online live chat and within 2 minutes of contacting them the money was back in my paypal balance, no questions asked. Much easier than expected
