It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. I have only just started using PDFiller.com and I am very happy with the product. My only compliant is that I was forced to subscribe to it without the option of a free trail etc When I did a search on the web for a free PDF Editor, PDFiller.com was one of the websites that popped up, I edited my document (which was a theory paper that I had already spent hours on !!) and when it went to saving it I could not without paying for service... so not a free PDF editor!!! And you can not subscribe month to month, you had to pay for a full year. I know that is business but very deceiving!

What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.

I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

This program has been a life saver but...
This program has been a life saver and a game changer as a secretary who sends out a lot of documents to families. There are a couple frustrations I've run into though.
The auto line up feature when adding text boxes or checkboxes can be an annoyance because a lot of things don't need to be lined up and therefore causes it to be slightly off of exactly where I need to place it. I'm not sure if that's a feature I can turn off so it could just be user error.
My biggest wish is that I was able to size multiple text boxes to varying sizes and then combine them as a whole text box but keep the sizes of the boxes.
Some of the forms I am editing have 3 or 4 rows of lines for a short answer but the first line is shorter than the rest. So expanding the text box to have multiple lines available just wouldn't work because it's always a perfect rectangle.

I may a few times a year need to use…
I may a few times a year need to use editing or signature for pdf document. I was able to use edit to blackout simply by using quick guide under "Blackout'. Very simple and easy to adjust for use.
