This is a tool which I never thought I would use so much! I love it! I think the dashboard is cluttered and not the easiest to navigate, and a "strike through" option for documents would be nice to have.

What do you like best?
Apart from basic editing features like edit, redact, email, share, fax, print , they have awesome features like Send to Sign, Link to Fill which makes working with your documents very easy.

Sometimes I get error while printing the document. But it seems a temporary glitch.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. This is awesome - to be able to do things to a pdf that I have always wanted to be able to do, and had to do, but taking the long route - this is a HUGE time saver. I just wish that it was a one time price.

PDF editor that does the job.
It does the job to edit documents to avoid printing and scanning official documents.
I was impressed that I could place the cursor and be able to edit any online document. This enabled me to print or send a document without having to print ad scan the document.
It was difficult lining up the cursor or lining up where I could input information on the document. I would have appreciated a tutorial that was available at the beginning of the trial or purchase.
