I have used PDF Filler for many years now, it is easy to use and there are many features that it does have that I don't use. If you use this tool to the max, it will benefit any company.
Nothing really to mention about that is bad about this program....I know there are a lot of features that I don't use, that I would like to learn how to integrate into my company.

PDF Filler makes my job EASIER!
PDF Filler makes my work so much easier. I am a teacher and I need to change PDF files all the time to meet my students needs. So, before I would print out the original and have to white out what I needed gone and make a copy. Now, I can just upload to PDF Filler, change what I need changed, save a copy of the changed PDF and have it ready to go. I love PDF Filler. Thanks for making my job easier!

What do you like best?
The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone.

Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.

I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! And your forms, that have been time saving!

What do you like best?
PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box.

Basically getting and sending signatures. Saves quite a bit of time and of course, the wait for something to get thru the snail mail.
