In the Pages pane, hold down CTRL and click to select one or more pages. Right-click the selection and choose Extract Pages In the Extract Pages dialog, select the pages to extract. Click Extract.
To resize pages in the Pages pane: In the Pages pane, select one or more pages within the PDF and then right-click and choose Set Page Size, then choose either Portrait or Landscape orientation and finally, choose the desired paper size dimensions.
Click the Edit button located on the left-hand side of the ribbon. Click the image you want to resize. Do one of the following:
On the Page Layout tab, in the Pages group, click Crop. Do any of the following: Double-click inside the crop area. In the Crop Pages dialog, adjust the crop margins and specify additional pages to crop, if desired. Click Crop.
Select "Reduce Size" and click on the "Optimize" button. Once you click on the "Optimize" button, the size of the PDF will be reduced. Now, click the "Accept" button and save the file. So, this is how you compress PDF with Nitro Pro.
Open the PDF file. Click File > Print. Select Nitro PDF Creator from the list of printers. Click the Properties button and select Web-ready Conversion Quality. Click OK.
