I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem. After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

Better than acrobat Love it, my go to when acrobat pdf filler isn't working The easy operation, we can count on it to fill any PDF. Acrobat sometimes let's us down so we started using this instead The pricing, please lower it down so we can switch to this software forever. Also a nicer desktop App would be nice

Good overall editing app Multi function capability, I like the fact that it can enable you you edit your pdfs and then publish in various ways Lot of the extra functions you have to pay extra for. Lot of the functions you may need you may have to pay extra for which is a turn off

I spoke with Nathan who was very…kind I spoke with Nathan who was very helpful and kind. I was charged 75$ from my account and was told pdffiller was the ones who charged me. Nathan did everything he could do to help me solve these charges and said he would get back with me as soon as I sent a screen shot of bull. Within minutes Nathan contacted me back and explained where the charges came from. He was more helpful than the ones who charged me . I wish everyone was as kind, respectful and helpful as Nathan was.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. I use this to do my tenant leases Overall, I have to have access to a software program like this. Some landlords issue leases on ancient old pdfs that are hard to work with. This program allows me to alter, merge, and arrange these in a fairly intuitive way. It took a minute for me to be comfortable with the document storage setup that pdffiller uses, but I am happy with it bc I can access these documents from anywhere! I love the way you can just insert a text box, or erase. Wow its so nice to be able to do this with documents. I find merging to be hard. I had to get help early one Sunday morning from support. The support was there and ready to instruct me. It just wasn't intuitive. I might even have to ask how to do it again.
