How do I download my Jotform as a PDF?
Go to the Publish tab. Click the PDF option on the left panel. Click the Download button.

With Jotform's PDF Editor, you can convert your online form to a PDF format. The PDF Form can be edited before publishing. You can add elements similar to when you create/edit a form in the Form Builder. Once it's ready, you can download and share it with your clients or colleagues for submission.

In Jotform Tables, choose the entries to download. Open Download in the upper-right corner. Select Download as PDF from the menu.
