Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It certainly resolved my issue and I was glad to upgrade my previous rating of PDF filler to 5 stars! Great customer service!

So far all worked really well, the only thing that could be still improved is to have the possibility to change the font size, when filling in a document

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Check file permissions. This file protection mode prevents any changes, which might be why you can't sign a PDF. Here's how to check your file settings: Windows: Right-click on your PDF file and select Properties. In the General tab, untick the Read-only option if it's activated.
The signature window opens giving you only one choice: "Sign" Selecting "Sign" brings up the "Save as" window. You then have two choices: Rename the document and save or keep the same name of the document and save. Either choice allows for saving the document anywhere.
Compose some article and save the document with a suitable name. Now to add digital signature, click File- >Digital Signature. It will show a dialog 'Digital Signatures'. Click on Add.
Position your signature where you want it with your mouse and click to apply it. If you chose to save your signature, you'll find it easily accessible in the “Sign” menu in the future. To save your signed PDF document, click File > Save and select a location for the file.
You need a scanner to do this. Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG.
Signing an existing PDF document You can sign an existing PDF document from any application of the LibreOffice suite: just go to the File menu, Digital Signatures submenu, click Sign Existing PDF and open the PDF document that you want to sign. LibreOffice Draw opens the document in read-only mode: Click Sign Document.
Go to the “File” menu and, under “Digital signature”, choose “Sign existing PDF...” Choose the file you wish to sign. Libreoffice will open the file in read-only mode, and will give you an additional toolbar that includes the “Sign documents” button. Click on this button.
