With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I lost you.... I found you then I tried to get a refund unable to figure out your site.... I tried for months you can see it was never used, CHASE tried to reach you...long story you had popped up I never noticed the name of this when I crashed that was it... I have all of the old emails off a hard drive on a back up device... I might re sign but 30 days is not worth losing 72.00 I dont use this much most of my forms are already loaded not sure yet I have become further disabled trying to recover back then your chat did not work nothing....

For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

Works fast and easy
Works fast and easy, great service!I had signed up very briefly to edit some pdfs for work. The program worked smoothly, but then I foolishly forgot to end my membership, and was billed for a years' worth of their service, which I did not need. Their customer support was top-notch and had my problem resolved in just a few minutes. I'd recommend them for anyone looking for a company that is responsive to their customers.

1.- It's Free. although there are some functions that are paid, for daily use just a free account which is very good.
2.- Pretty friendly and friendly interface. Everything is understandable and the use of the program is very easy to understand.
3.- Its use can be integrated with dropbox, googlr drive, box and onedrive.
3.- You can use files that are in your pc, your cloud or in some website (in this case you just have to enter the link).
4.- with the built-in editor you can add images, scratch, write in the text, delete sectors, hide words or paragraphs with black, add lines, and many other things.
5.- You can save your work in pdf, word, excel or powerpoint format. It also includes the option to send via mail, fax or simply share the link.
the bad thing, is that if or if you must register to use it, which perhaps is not something serious, but the program forces you to do so.

What do you like best?
Everything about PDFFiller makes my days easier. It's affordable, easy to use, and makes any PDF editing absolutely easy and fast. I would definitely recommend PDFFiller to anyone who needs to be able to edit PDFs or make them fillable. Hands down the best program I've ever used!
What do you dislike?
I haven't found anything about PDFFiller yet that isn't helpful or user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a software that does it all - edits PDF files, helps you to make PDF files fillable, even lets you send out faxes - PDF Filler is what you need! The annual cost is very affordable for all that it offers and I've yet to see, use, or even hear about any other service that offers all that PDFFiiller does.

The problems that I solve using PDFFiller most is to make PDFs fillable - especially since COVID started and we have more people working from home or trying to fill out documents from home.
