I live in Philadelphia SEPTA is not running because of contract issues but my military ask that I complete a form and send it to them within five days or I would be subject to pay large amount. It's diffcult to make some changes or fix mistakes. I have notice that it is had to find a blank form. So if you need to file say 2 941 forms. I couldn't just choose another 941 form from menu. I had to use one of my saved forms or let the site and choose to file 941 and log back in

IT IS SUPER EASY RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE. I AM NOT SURE HOW TO FIND A DIFFERENT IRS FORM. I AM THINKING MY ADOBE DC MAY DO THIS AND I JUST DON'T KNOW IT. I FOUND THIS ON THE INTERNET AND IT IS SAVING ME HOURS.

So much better than acrobat
This is really good tech and works much better than acrobat! I was shocked that people were leaving negative reviews - then found out they all complain that you have to sign up after editing your document - SO WHAT you cannot expect amazing tech for free. I don’t get why people complain. Tech is amazing customer service is second to none.

What do you like best?
User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc.
What do you dislike?
The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.
