Might be signing up again because of the combine pdf feature you offer. Adobe couldn’t even combine my pdfs for whatever reason. I would need a slightly cheaper subscription then you offer.

There was initially a slight misunderstanding, however, I was lucky enough to get Dee again when I reopened the chat. She had thought that I just wanted my subscriptions automatic payments cancelled.
