I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. A proper company
PDFfiller apparently thought I wanted a subscription to their service after trying it out once. I did not want that, however, and wrote to them to cancel the payment. They cancelled right away, no questions asked. You know a proper company when that is the procedure.
