This program is very useful for filling out tax forms. Although my returns are not complicated, getting the credit that I am due for foreign taxes is too much for tax programs like HR Block and too much for most accountants. I have returned to my old habit of doing my returns manually. This PDFfiller program makes it feasible.

Love the software but a bit of a brain surgery to start with each new document. The links, steps and path for loading and working on documents need to be highlighted better for new users. Probably makes great sense to the programmer but new users have to hunt for the next link or button to click.

I ended up not using there service but felt the need to write about my experience. I had a complex need that was nearly impossible to get. I signed up for a subscription and found out later my demand couldn’t be done. Their service team granted a refund quickly without the usual hoops to jump through.
