some good some bad cause need to change size of pics as my constant contact only takes jpeg. can't use your address book as i don't use my mac mail use verizon so not friendly with this stuff makes it harder to use overall.

The obne drawback I find is when I am typing into a field there is no auto return and I suddenly am skipping to other fields. However, it is still a pretty good product.

Makes My Job Easy
I use PDFfiller to create contracts and purchase orders. For contracts, I typically input data into Excel, and then use PDFfiller to create the finished contract from my Excel data. For purchase orders, I use PDFfiller to edit document information, highlight items, and sign the document. This saves me the hassle of having to print out documents, edit them by hand, and then scan/fax them. Very happy with PDFfiller, as it most certainly makes my job easier.
PDFfiller has all the features that I need for my documents: adding a logo, highlighting, and drawing. I also think that it's great how you can seamlessly use Excel data to fill out forms automatically. This is especially helpful when creating contracts.
The price is a little steep for what I see as somewhat of a basic software concept; however, it's worth it in my opinion. There is also a decent learning curve, but once you get the hang of all features, you can automate things and fill out your PDFs very quickly.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.

Can you fax to an extension?
You might need to dial an extension to reach a fax number. FAX. PLUS makes it easy to send fax to numbers with extension. To send a fax to an extension go to to send fax tab, enter your number, followed by a * and then the extension you wish to dial.
Why is my fax not sending?
If your business' fax machine has trouble sending or receiving faxes, a possible source of the problem is the phone line itself. Fax machines require a connection that is free from static and line noise to connect. Poor quality connections will prevent the fax machine from working properly, if at all.
How do I fix my fax line?
Making sure that the line is plugged into the correct jack may resolve the issue. Plug in a telephone to the wall jack. If the line was plugged into the proper jack on the fax machine, unplug the line from the wall and plug in a telephone. Pick up the phone's receiver and listen for a dial tone.
Why would a fax line be busy?
Whenever we've found a really busy (or no answer) fax line, it's usually because we have the wrong number. A fax number is just a phone number, and one wrong number will connect you with someone else's phone. Double check that number first, just in case.
What does fax sent no answer mean?
Sometimes, “no answer” notification means that your fax machine did not receive a delivery confirmation signal from the other machine, so receipt was not verified. In other words, it may have sent, but for one reason or another, the receiving machine failed to notify your machine that receipt was actually confirmed.
How do I fax out of state?
The country code (the number 1 for US phones and fax numbers) will also sometimes need to be dialed before local numbers but only when the area code is also required. You will often also need to dial 9 before dialing long distance numbers.
Do you have to put a 1 when faxing?
Dial a leading '1' when sending a fax only if you would dial a '1' for a regular phone call. As fax works over the phone network, all fax numbers are simply phone numbers and should be dialed the same way as a regular phone call. When calling long distance within the United States and Canada: The leading '1' is added.
