i was upset with the fact i could not print/save the doc after editing it, but after shooting a rant to support, they responded within the hour and gave me a 30 day trial run. i really like the app, and you guys really should consider doing a 30 day trial right off the bat, first sign up. anyhow, service rocks, i will def toss some cash yalls way when my trial runs out :)

The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

Can I get a real ID after October 2020?
On October 1, 2020, travelers will need a “REAL ID-compliant” driver's license, US passport, US military ID or other accepted identification to fly within the United States. It also prohibits federal agencies from accepting licenses from states not meeting those minimum standards for certain activities.
What happens if you don't have a real ID by 2020?
Beginning October 1, 2020, to cash a check: A standard driver's license or state ID card without a Real ID star will be accepted. A standard driver's license or state ID with a Real ID star will be accepted. An enhanced driver's license, with or without a Real ID star will be accepted.
What happens if you do not have a real ID?
By October 2020, if you don't have a Real ID or a passport, you will not be able to fly. Starting next fall, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will require travelers to present a Real ID compliant driver's license in order to fly domestically.
