What do you like best?
The site is intuitive and everything is organized in a no fuss manner. Scanning in documents and making changes is easy.
What do you dislike?
The printing of documents can be tricky sometimes. Most of the time I save as a PDF and open with Adobe.

Have the basic Adobe software as well. It makes printing documents, in the proper size, much easier.

What do you like best?
Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs. and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily. Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently. Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.

I had some slight issues on my 1st…
I had some slight issues on my 1st attempt as there were fields in different locations than a previous edition of this form, but easily was able to correct the overwriting of several fields. Worked beautifully on several previous (new) documents.

This program has been a life saver but...
This program has been a life saver and a game changer as a secretary who sends out a lot of documents to families. There are a couple frustrations I've run into though.
The auto line up feature when adding text boxes or checkboxes can be an annoyance because a lot of things don't need to be lined up and therefore causes it to be slightly off of exactly where I need to place it. I'm not sure if that's a feature I can turn off so it could just be user error.
My biggest wish is that I was able to size multiple text boxes to varying sizes and then combine them as a whole text box but keep the sizes of the boxes.
Some of the forms I am editing have 3 or 4 rows of lines for a short answer but the first line is shorter than the rest. So expanding the text box to have multiple lines available just wouldn't work because it's always a perfect rectangle.

PdfFiller works like a charm and Customer Support is great. I use pdfFiller more than I expected I would and for routine tasks such as filling out and sending important documents via USPS Regular Mail and Certified Mail, PdfFiller saves me time and effort. I had some issues learning certain pdfFiller features and I was surprised how fast Customer Support got back to me with assistance. I also liked pdfFiller's Forms library for ease and convenience and the ability to sign forms remotely.

What do you like best?
I can easily upload any type of form and start working immediately. Forms from the web, forms from vendors, Word documents, etc. I can also easily comvert to and from pdf as the form demands. Saving the document is a breeze and it is always the last form at the top when I log in again. It even reminds me if I have already started the same form again and gives me options.
What do you dislike?
The log-out is sometimes too quick, especially if I get interrupted on the phone. But even then, I just log back into the site and continue. Sometimes when I convert the file is in portrait or landscape, and it takes some time to change the orientation. However, once I got the hang of it, it went pretty quickly. I like the newer version better than what I used years ago.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can quickly complete forms for employment verification, DSS forms, unemployment forms, etc. I have yet to find a form I can't complete with pdfFiller. It speeds up my day and getting things accomplished as quickly as possible. It saves me, on average, 30+ minutes for each form. Thank you for making my life easier. I am always looking for things to help me help our company and pdfFiller is one such tool.

Good Features and Functionality
I have used this software app for every type of editing, creating, and converting imaginable and have yet to have something it couldn't do.
You can use the software for almost any kind of pdf editing, plus document type conversions. It is very easy to use without much training or help.
The most recent update added a step to get to your full document list. Wish they would have left it at the original dashboard where all your docs appeared without the extra click.

How do I extend my line of credit?
Provide evidence of increased income. If you have received a raise or a higher paying job, you might be able to increase your limit. You will have to show the bank evidence of your increased income. Let them know that you want to extend your line of credit based on your higher income.
Can I extend my Helot?
There are two ways to extend the limit on a home equity loan. Ask for an extension on your home equity loan. This is called a “mini application.” It is possible that with your existing information (creditworthiness, income) from your original application, your lender can simply extend the credit line.
Can you extend the draw period on a Helot?
By extending your draw period with a new HELOT, you can also continue to borrow funds from the credit line as needed. Since most Helots have adjustable interest rates even during the draw period, it's also possible for your required monthly payments to increase when interest rates rise.
How long can you extend a home equity loan?
You can borrow for as little as five years or opt for home equity loans of 10 or even 15 years. Just as some homeowners take a 30-year mortgage and pay it off early, you can get a five-, 10- or 15-year home equity loan and make extra payments to retire the obligation sooner, unless your loan has a prepayment penalty.
Can I get an increase on my Helot?
Most banks allow customers to apply for an increase to an existing home equity line of credit rather than refinance it into a new loan. A line increase affects the available credit but does not lengthen the term of the original loan. Call the bank holding the existing home equity line.
What happens when your equity line of credit matures?
What Happens When a Line of Credit Matures? A home equity line of credit, or HELOT, is a common way to tap into the equity value in your home. When you get a line of credit, you have a period of time upfront to use funds before you must repay the remaining balance. When this time is up, the HELOT has matured.
How much of a credit limit increase should I ask for?
With more available credit, it's much easier to reduce your credit utilization ratio, or the percentage of available credit you're using, which is a factor in your credit scores. As a rule of thumb, it's a good idea to use less than 30% of your limit the lower, the better.
Is it OK to ask for a credit limit increase?
Oftentimes, a limit increase request will trigger a hard pull on your credit report. This can hurt your credit, especially if you have a short credit history. If you call your credit card issuer, you can ask whether a hard inquiry will be initiated. Sometimes you can take a smaller increase and forgo the pull.
