4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

Bleed is a printing term that is used to describe a document which has images or elements that touch the edge of the page, extending beyond the trim edge and leaving no white margin. When a document has bled, it must be printed on a larger sheet of paper and then trimmed down.
The main reason for ensuring you include a bleed section when designing for print is to avoid white strips appearing along the edge of your print work. This can occur from time to time as there can often be movement when you are printing your final document.
After trimming, the bleed ensures that no unprinted edges occur in the final trimmed document. It is very difficult to print exactly to the edge of a sheet of paper/card, so to achieve this, it is necessary to print a slightly larger area than is needed and then trim the paper/card down to the required finished size.
Bleed is a printing term that is used to describe a document which has images or elements that touch the edge of the page, extending beyond the trim edge and leaving no white margin. When a document has bled, it must be printed on a larger sheet of paper and then trimmed down.
Most of our products include full-bleed, however some products specify “no bleed”. This means that print cannot extend to the edge of the paper there will be a border around the edge of the product that cannot be printed. The border for “no bleed” products is generally at least 0.125 inches.
The minimum amount of bleed should be around 0.125” (3 mm) outside your document final size, ideally 0.25” (6 mm). Each printer has his own requirement for this. The only time you don't need to use bleed is when there is absolutely nothing printed on all sides (e.g. a design with a white border.)

A standard bleed area is generally. Most common document only require a . 125 inch margin; however, larger documents may require a larger bleed area. The standard bleed area for documents larger than 18 × 24 inches is generally. 5 inches.
The standard formula is: bleed height = bleed (0.125 inch) + height of book + bleed (0.125 inch). A similar formula exists for bleed width: bleed width = width of book + trim edge bleed (0.125 inch). We recommend using half-inch margins for your entire book.
