I think your product is fabulous and quite easy to use. My problem is that I have a very part time office and paying the monthly or even yearly subscription is difficult. A per use charge might work better for me.

It think it can be very useful once I get the hang of it. Disappointed that for a yearly subscription of $72.00 you don't get access to the erase feature. This feature is even free online. Do consider and include it.

I was in a hurry to get a commercial invoice to a broker, all went well until I tried to email the document. I'm 64 years old, so not the brightest when it comes to computer stuff, but it was really confusing at that point.

What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive if you're not a business user (the price is too high for myself when I need the tool for a few times during the month, so it doesn't worth the price)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works perfectly as an editor, so I can easily change my documents with minimum effort.

This tool was inexpensive and conmparable to any other apps that are PDF based. I had no issues learning and it has many tie ins with cloud based docs and desktop access. No limitations. Very happy

How can personality rights be extended?
The right of publicity shares characteristics of a property right and as such is transferable to the person's heirs after their death. The Celebrities Right Act was passed in California in 1985, and it extended the personality rights for a celebrity to 70 years after their death.
What are likeness rights?
Likeness Rights: In addition to using a copyrighted work, you can be also be sued for using someone else's name, likeness, or personal attributes without permission (most often when used commercially). The right of publicity is essentially the right to control the commercial use of your identity and image.
What does it mean to use someone's likeness?
Using the name of likeness of another occurs when a business or individual uses someone's name, photograph, or other defining attributes or likeness for commercial purposes, such as advertising or other promotional activities.
Can you copyright your likeness?
Yes, you can trademark your likeness. You cannot trademark your likeness just to prevent its use without your express permission. There must be a commercial activity associated with your likeness in order for you to register for a trademark.
Who can sue for unauthorized use of their name or likeness?
California Civil Code, Section 3344, provides that it is unlawful, for the purpose of advertising or selling, to knowingly use another's name, voice, signature, photograph, or likeness without that person's prior consent.

What are Image Rights? Image rights are the expression of a personality in the public domain. The provision of image rights in law enables the definition, value, commercial exploitation and protection of image rights associated with a person. Registration enables the image right to be protected, licensed and assigned.
