I was able to do what I needed but I am not sure about future applications. Also, I thought I received a 70% Discount for signing up annually but I did not receive this.

I just needed to do one form, so I chose the one-month subscription. It worked great, but it was not clear when I purchased that ONE month, that I would be setup on further automatic monthly payments, otherwise I would have opted out of that. Now I'm considering filing a formal complaint, unless my $20 renewal fee is credited back to my account ASAP!

The PDF filler worked beautifully and Loved it.
The PDF filler worked beautifully and I like it. It was exceptional. But rather costly I could not afford it at this time. But I had no problems achieving what I did with documents I wanted to change.

Definitely Useful
As I mentioned, it makes the mailing process much more efficient.
PDFiller allows you to create and mail PDFs easily, saving you the hassle of getting an envelope, purchasing a stamp, maybe having to go to the post office, etc. For me that has been its greatest strength. The PDF customization interface isn't bad, but it's not immediately usable. It takes a little bit of time to learn how to use it effectively.
Right off the bat: I would not recommend this software to someone who isn't tech savvy or doesn't want a bit of a learning curve, for example, employers I've had in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who don't really "get" technology. The interface is fine if you just want to sign a document, but is not particularly intuitive when it comes to doing simple things like outright deleting portions of text. Too many steps.

Excellent Customer Service from PDFfiller staff, Kara
I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. I liked their services
I liked their services, but didn't need them long term. I had thought that I had canceled my account right afterward, but still was charged when the trial period was up. I contacted them on a Sunday, expecting it to take a few days and be a nightmare. Even though it was the weekend they had it taken care of and refunded to me within a few hours! I would definitely use them again because of how trustworthy and understanding the staff was. Good job PDF Filler Team!

Not very user friendly
Not very user friendly. The "sign-up" commitment is not good... Inevitably some people will forget to cancel and then will be hit with a high annual charge...
