Two main issues I have with PDF: 1) not being able to change the names on the forms, 2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

PDFfiller review The software has eliminated the need to do forms that we have found relevant to our corporation. Very easy to use once comfortable with the process. The alignment for entries is sometimes difficult to judge.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
There is no specific time limit set for invoices. The legal wording generally used is that an invoice must be issued within a “reasonable” amount of time. The definition of reasonable varies depending on the industry you are in, state and about any other circumstance you could think of.

Can I Just Raise the Invoice Now? Well in short the answer is yes, unless more than six years have passed. The only regulations placing a time limit on collecting a genuine debt is the Limitation Act 1980. However, for many businesses a late invoice may come as a shock when they receive the invoice.
If you choose to invoice semi-monthly, indicate two invoice days (like the 15th and 30th) and send invoices on those days only. A monthly invoicing system is the most common, but it's best practice to send the following month's invoice on the 10th or 15th of the current month.
Either get the bill paid or write it off within no more than 90 days.
If your invoice is payable in 30 days, your customer is not going to tell you straight away that it is wrong. Only when it is late, and you chase the payment will they likely raise the dispute over an error. You then have to issue a credit note and re-invoice correctly and the payment dates get pushed out even further.
It might surprise many companies that unpaid invoices, under a simple contract, can be legitimately chased for up to 6 years. Legal proceedings would need to be issued within 6 years of the date of the invoice to prevent any claim from being statute barred.
Definition of an invoice is a document that a business issues to its customers, asking the customers to pay for the goods or services that the business has supplied to them. Invoices can be issued either before or after the goods or services are supplied.
