I like PDFFIller because it always works, unlike some other PDF tools I've purchased in the past. PDFFiller is my goto tool and will become my exclusive tool once my other package expires.

There's a little confusion when saving to my Google Drive. Now and then, the file can't be found there when on my phone.

I've also used Ecopy for several years and just find PDFfiller to be more user friendly and stable. As I said, it's my goto PDF tool.

Fantastic online PDF signing and editing tool
This is a great online resource for signing, stamping and editing PDF documents without needing to purchase a PDF editor.
With the free plan, your limited in terms of collaboration, file sharing and upload locations. However, the paid plans are very reasonably priced and you can just purchase month by month as needed.

Do notaries still use a seal?
Currently commissioned notaries may continue to use either a stamp or an embosser until they renew. NOTE- Seal impression must be photographically reproducible. NOTE- Seal impression must be photographically reproducible. Embossing seal may be used ONLY in conjunction with ink stamp.
Is a notary valid without a seal?
No seal required, but specific requirements if choose to use one. If the notary does not utilize a notarial seal or stamp, the words Notary Public and My commission expires (commission expiration date) shall be typed or printed legibly by the notary near the notary's official signature on a notarial certificate.
Does a notary need a seal?
NOTE- Although the use of an official seal is not required by law it is prudent that all notaries use a seal when performing notarial acts. NOTE- Round stamp must contain any ink color OTHER THAN black or yellow ink. Seal impression must be photographically reproducible.
What is the difference between a notary stamp and seal?
Difference Between Stamps and Embossers The term “Notary seal” is often used interchangeably with stamp and embosser. Some states refer to seals as stamps while other states use seal to reference an embosser. Notary stamps are usually rectangular, but some states require a round stamp.
How long does a notary seal last?
How long is a notary stamp good for? The length of a notary commission varies by state. Most states have a 4-year commission, but some are as short as 2 years, or 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 years, or lifetime in Louisiana.
Is a contract valid without a notary?
There is a requirement that some documents be notarized, such as a real property deed. Unless specifically required by state or municipal law, a contract does not have to be acknowledged before a notary public. Any private contracts for sales of goods or services do not require a notary signature.
Does a notary have to use a stamp?
All 50 states require public notaries to place their respective stamp on documents as a means to finalize and authenticate the service. Without this stamp, the document is not legally notarized. Placing the notary stamp over the signature may void the document, negating the notary's work.
Is it proper for a notary to only stamp and sign a document without including notarial language?
You may notarize a document that does not have preprinted notarial wording as long as the signer tells you what type of notarization is needed. As nonattorneys, Notaries cannot decide the type of notarization to perform on a document because the choice can have important legal ramifications.
