I found that PDFfiller allowed me to fill out & print tax forms that were not supported by my tax software.I do wish that your service was bit more straight forward in the pricing. I almost didn't sign up because I felt tricked into using the form thinking it was free. A free form or 2 and I would have signed up 100% no questions. Allowing me to fill it out first then charging me was more like a 50% chance I was going to sign up & pay.

If the contract contains a variation clause which entitles you to extend the notice period, you have the contractual right to amend the contract in that regard. If, for example, you wish to extend the notice period to say six months, that is unlikely to be considered acceptable for all but the most senior staff.
After giving notice, an employee may wish to change that date for some reason, such as difficulty finding new employment or the need to extend benefits. In some instances, you may be required to accept a change in the resignation date. No federal laws exist regarding resignation procedures.
Effective date of resignation is the date on which you have filed the resignation. From this date starts the period of notice and ends on the date stipulated in the employment letter. Your employer can relieve you any time in between the above period.
Resignation letters are really a matter of formality. The letter should include the date your resignation is effective from, the role you are resigning from and the date of your last day. The rest of the letter is up to you, but there does not have to be a rest of the letter.
The resignation decision is the employee's decision alone. An employer can not refuse to accept it. This is no different to dismissal being the employer's decision, the employee can not refuse to accept that they have been dismissed in accordance with the contract.
If you don't give proper notice, you will be in breach of contract, and it is possible for your employer to sue you for damages. An example of this would be if they had to pay extra to get a temp to cover your work.
You should get your full normal pay if you work during your notice period. However, you're entitled to full pay for 1 week of your notice period, whether you give notice of only 1 week or more than 1 week. If you don't get paid for working your notice period, check how to get the wages you're owed.
If the employee doesn't give notice to end their employment, they will be in breach of their employment agreement. Several things follow from that breach: You don't have to pay them for the period of notice. You can seek a penalty for the breach.
