At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. Having to fill in Calendars for an upcoming Court Hearing and due to the limited space we can use to write its nice to be able to type the information in.

For people who are not that good in technology like me (you are not to blame), it was a bit difficult to find a website where I could fill important documents to send via internet in a safe manner. After a while, I found your website and once I figured out how to save and send the documents I can say that it is a good website.
My recommendation is to make it even easier to access and follow directions for seasoned people like me.

A very useful tool for paperless office work.
It helps me to save paper and electricity by not using physical papers for my office documents. I do most of my office work online only with the help of this software.
It allows me to get e-signatures on my office documents. Being a cloud based program it allows me do all my pdf related work online only.
I don't find auto save feature in this application. I had to lose my unsaved work many time when I closed my system accidentally.

Our previous subscription was deactivated because no one seem to know the login or password for the account. It was assumed a temp employee had subscribed who is no longer employed. Difficulty accessing and filling online forms prompted us to re-subscribe. This morning's experience has been great and we plan to continue using this application.
