The platform is very good, it fulfills exactly what it promises, it is even compatible with the NVDA screen reader for people with visual limitations. Unfortunately there is no language version in PT-BR, and in some tool icons the NVDA screen reader does not read.

Why did the IRS lock me out?
If the information you enter does not match the IRS records, you will receive an error message. If the information you enter does not match our records multiple times, you will be locked out of Get My Payment for 24 hours for security reasons. There is no need to contact the IRS.
How do I unlock my IRS account?
Go to www.irs.gov/eservices and select the appropriate application. Do not make multiple attempts to guess your username or password, use the username and password recovery tools. Multiple failed attempts will result in a 24-hour lock out. The e-help Desk cannot unlock you.
What does it mean when your tax return is locked?
The IRS locked your account because the Social Security Administration informed us that the social security number (SSN) of the primary or secondary taxpayer on the return belongs to someone who died prior to the tax year of the return submitted for processing.
How many times can you check where's my refund before you get locked out?
There is a limit on viewing WAR of only 3 attempts in a 24-hour time frame, or you will be locked out and see this message. There may be something wrong with your tax return. Once your tax return reached the IRS the tax return may not have met the initial tests (See Below) or another problem was discovered.
Is EZ tax return legit?
ezTaxReturn has been an Authorized IRS e-file Provider for 21 years and has successfully e-filed millions and millions of federal and state tax returns.
How do I cancel my ezTaxReturn account?
If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact at privacy@eztaxreturn.com.
Why is my tax return locked?
This could be the result of identity theft or a simple keying error of your SSN (or your spouse's SSN, if a joint return). Due to the discrepancy and potential identity theft, the IRS sent CP01H to inform you that the IRS locked the account for that SSN and will not allow the tax return to post.
