Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I've been looking for an easy way to fill out these forms other then using a typwriter. The only issue was I couldn't find this years forms very easy. I had to contact customer support. ???

i have had a great experience so far
it is much easier to file medical claim forms than having to buy that specific software
i like how easy it is to import documents. I also like the ease of sharing, printing and storing documents
Really the only thing i do not particularly care for is the difficulty adding the individual box for editable fields

The learning curve is not too steep. I'd feel more confident with it, if there was a way to save the document other than clicking DONE which closes it....it's better than the government forms I've hassled with!

a little hard to figure out at first but once I got the hang of it was great. Like the variety offorms tonselect from, some forms could be a bit more specific but other than thaat I love the program.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller is very easy to use. No experience needed and provided a simple and worry free solution for one of my customers. I have started using it for o create and make changes to forms, contracts, shipping documents and much more. All of my customers are impressed with the fast turn around and the add on service I can provide them with. The program has paid for itself on many occasions.
What do you dislike?
When uploading some new documents it is not always to change the text to fit my needs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have customers that do not have the employees on hand to make last minute changes to shipping documents. I am able to do this for them and ease their issues at the last minute. This allows me to build stronger relationships/
