It has been great. It was a little difficult figuring out how to make it work. Having a delete button for the symbols and a spellcheck would be nice. I'm not complaining though. Being able to edit pdfs is EXTREMELY helpful!

For the most part, it is a helpful tool. However, I will need to cancel my initial free subscription because one of the documents I would be using on a bi-weekly basis would be for payroll purposes. Unfortunately, when I scanned the document, I was not able to enter numbers in the fields. After several attempts, I checked the hardcopy document and it has a feature, which requires an applicant to fill in the document with a blue pen, something I was not aware of ahead of time. Evidently, the company had the documented protected to only read "handwritten", blue pen entries. I would be using the document as mentioned above for other candidates on a weekly basis and since this product, through no fault of its own, won't allow me to do that, it doesn't serve my business purposes.

I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

This is all new to me and didn't know…
This is all new to me and didn't know there was just a thing to let me fill in PDFs instead of printing them, filling them out and scanning then uploading to email back to someone... for example. Talk about a time saver!!! Plus I love the way it looks! So much more professional than hand written. In my opinion.

Great Experience and Efficient PDF's
I only needed to use it for a few items I needed to update. The experience was easy and great. I enjoyed using it for what I needed in the moment. Once I cancelled my subscription they handled it promptly and professionally. If I am ever in need of PDF services again, I will definitely consider their services and so should you!!! Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
