With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I just started to use PDFfiller and like the ease of completing pdfs, and logical flow of the app! Also love the send fax feature although while it seemed to work well from the desktop app, it seemed to hang when faxing from my galaxy Note 4 (just kept spinning and I had to force stop the app)-- will have to try faxing more to see if it was a device or app issue.

The billing is bogus and felt dishonest, but customer service fixed my problems after an email. These save well as pdfs but not as docs. I think the service should be less expensive, given apps with similar functionality.

This app has been a lifesaver. I have recently started a position as an Administrative Assistant and the abilities within this program make my job hassle-free. It makes filling in PDFs and requesting e-signatures as efficient as possible.

this makes filling out medical forms sooo much easier. I can fill them out and email them back without needing to print them and rescan or fax them back. Thank you for this wonderful software !
So this being a followup review I can tell you I still love it as much as I did before. I was able to use it to fill out medical forms and also a form for a winter retreat. The only drawback to this PDFfiller.com is the cost.

Good product for the money
this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great.
Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files.
Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

What do you like best?
Everything about PDFFiller makes my days easier. It's affordable, easy to use, and makes any PDF editing absolutely easy and fast. I would definitely recommend PDFFiller to anyone who needs to be able to edit PDFs or make them fillable. Hands down the best program I've ever used!
What do you dislike?
I haven't found anything about PDFFiller yet that isn't helpful or user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a software that does it all - edits PDF files, helps you to make PDF files fillable, even lets you send out faxes - PDF Filler is what you need! The annual cost is very affordable for all that it offers and I've yet to see, use, or even hear about any other service that offers all that PDFFiiller does.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The problems that I solve using PDFFiller most is to make PDFs fillable - especially since COVID started and we have more people working from home or trying to fill out documents from home.

Most of our Company Documents are shared in .pdf format so having the ability of edit them without the need to print out and then fill them in is my reason for the 5 star rating. The interface is simple to understand and easy to navigate.
