I love it, it's more user friendly and reasonable than Adobe filler and keeps changes, doesn't always work that way with Adobe. The only thing is it needs alignment buttons, like center, left or right justified. Setting up new forms requires much counting spaces to center. Other than that am happy thus far with the program.

I would give it five stars but honestly it is a lot of money per month for me when I rarely use it. That said, when I DO use it, it is a massive time saver. I love the signature features and how well the filler integrates with every form and contract I have used.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the…
I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. They get A+ in my book !!!!! Jeff R.

What is a contact log?
Contact logs are notes stored in clients' profiles. They allow you to track preferences, accomplishments, complaints, and anything else that you would like to remember about each client. You can also leave comments on contact logs, which allows you to track a client's progress or note how any issues were resolved.
How can I see last incoming calls?
Finding last caller details Dial 1471 and a recorded announcement will read out the last number to call you, or tell you that the caller withheld their number. If the caller didn't withhold their number, you can press 3 to return the call.
How do I set up a call log on a Nor tel Networks phone?
Press and hold the “Feature” button on the keypad, and then push *84. Press the # key to scroll through the log setup options. These include No One Answered to enable logging unanswered calls, Unanswered By Me to enable logging calls that were answered by another user on the system and Log All Calls.
How do you find out what number called you?
Tap on the Lookup tab in the Android or iOS mobile app. Enter any number (really, any number at all!) Press Go. Tropical will provide all relevant information about the number you input instantly!
How can I call back my last caller?
Dial *69. Dial “*69.” This is the star code for most phone providers' call-return service. The call-return service will repeat the last number that called you, and depending on your provider, will automatically redial the number.
How do I program my Nor tel phone?
Press the “Feature” button on the base of your Nor tel phone. Press the star button followed by the “2” button on the keypad to store internal office numbers. Press one of the 24 memory buttons on the right side of the base to begin programming.
