What do you like best?
It is a simple process to upload, fill out typed forms, e-sign, and save/print externally.
What do you dislike?
I have not been able to drag and drop from outlook '07. The additional step of saving a document locally and then uploading seems unnecessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very intuitive product that can one can pick up and become proficient with little training or experience.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to keep from printing countless documents that only need a quick signature only to be scanned in again and emailed out. There is a huge time saving as well being able to cut out those middle steps.

Text features include all the components of a story or article that are not the main body of text. These include the table of contents, index, glossary, headings, bold words, sidebars, pictures and captions, and labeled diagrams. A well-organized text assists the reader through predictable placement of information.
Nonfiction Text Features Chart. Text features are extra visuals and print that authors include in books and other texts to help the reader understand the information better. For example, an author might mention a tiny nation that you've never heard of before.

Text features also help readers determine what is important to the text and to them. Without a table of contents or an index, readers can spend wasted time flipping through the book to find the information they need. Special print helps draw the attention of the reader to important or keywords and phrases.
Characteristics of a non-fiction text includes the presence of a table of contents, headings, captions, diagrams, charts, graphs, a glossary and an index. Additionally, the subjects of non-fiction are real and not imagined or made up, as the subjects in fiction are.
Bold Print & Italics Both of these nonfiction text features perform the same task. They are used to calling attention to important words or definitions in the text.
