This was a great program
This was a great program. I just don't use it enough to justify paying annually. I wish there was a charge per file option.

ease of use could be a little better
The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back.
It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

The reason it is a four instead of a five...
The reason it is a four instead of a five is I feel like there is a strong learning curve... at least for me.
So I am still learning.
Check back with me in a month and let's see if we can delete this 4 rating and move it up to a 5!!

Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy. Can I add a footer to a PDF document?
To do so, go to the “Tools” menu and click “Edit PDF” if editing is not enabled. Then, in the toolbar, click “Header & Footer” then “Add” to add a header or footer to the document to display the page numbers. Click the header or footer where you want the page numbers.
How do you add a title to a PDF document?
Select File > Properties.
Select the Description tab to view the metadata in the document, including the document information dictionary.
Modify the Title field to add or change the document's Title entry.
