So far so good. I don't particularly like receiving notification of pricing terms after I've done the work of filling in the form(s). You should present pricing up front. Otherwise, I appreciate the service you're providing.

It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. Very Satisfied and excellent customer service. After a charge dispute, the error was fixed immediately. Then had a print problem and that problem was corrected before I could explain to CS. Great service!!!!

Great product...relatively easy to use
Great product...relatively easy to use, especially if one is familiar with this type of document editing app. I am please with how much of a time-saver it is. I couldn't give 5-stars because the cost of the "Full Version" is really too expensive for me, but other than that, it's a very handy tool.

How do I add a custom field to an invoice in QuickBooks?
Open an existing sales form or create a new one. Select the Gear icon at the top of the form (not on the navigation bar). In the Custom Fields section, select + Add custom field to add a new field. Select the Edit next to a field name to bring up the Custom fields page to make edits.
Does QuickBooks Online allow you to add custom fields?
To add a custom field to a QuickBooks Online invoice is easy, but keep in mind that QuickBooks Online only allows you three custom fields. Also keep in mind that once you add a custom field, it will also appear as a field on all of your sales forms too.
How do I create a custom field in QuickBooks?
Go to the Sales menu. Select the Customers tab. Find and open a customer profile. Select Edit. Go to the Custom fields tab. Select + Add custom field to add a new field. Select Save to save your changes.
