Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. Excellent product never had an issue so can't tell you what support is like. Upload, fill and print Quick and easy to work with. Have used other pdf products and this is best for the price. Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications. Worry about encryption and security of stored documents but most of my work is not confidential so that is one reason I use it.

What do you like best? I like being able to merge documents so easily and correcting documents. What do you dislike? That you cannot merge from the first page you have to view all documents in order to select the documents you want to merge Recommendations to others considering the product: In my industry, we are always on the go so it's nice to have something that is simple to use and meets the needs that I have. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I do not have to go to the office anymore to scan documents when I am submitting an offer. It saves me time and effort.

I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!
