Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I had some trouble at first (yesterday), but support was able to help. Now things are going smoothly on my end. It still remains to see how my signers interact with PDF Filler.

Good service. Can be a little difficult to line up the text in the correct spot. Would be good if you could easily move the text box up and down a little to line things up.

What do you like best?
PDFfiller is really easy and its a one stop shop for all my needs especially when I am on the go. Obtaining a signature of another person and getting it automatically sent to the signature box makes everything so much easier. I love the editing feature where you can pretty much add text on the document wherever which is very helpful for my workflow.
What do you dislike?
The price is not the greatest and I would wish it could be a bit cheaper. I also think that the mobile feature could be easier to use and interface could be improved.

PDFFILLER has been one of the best platforms I’ve used in client document transmission. The price is unmatched for the services available and the HIPAA compliance seals the deal.

The only downside is how long some forms such as registration can take to complete when adding in the initial fillable fields.

Many of my clients are throughout the country, so the ease of securely transmitting documents while maintaining HIPAA compliance is the best problem solved. I recently discovered the ability to have documents faxed digitally through the services and it’s cut down on my physical paperwork.

the storage of files was a bit of a issue. every time i needed to look at the files i would need a code, a bit time consuming but otherwise a good product.

I signed up for a subscription but only needed it for one document. I canceled but was charged again a month later. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have completed but refunded me the money. That is great customer service. I will definitely use them again.
