Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I am using this service as an ex-pat in Ecuador to communicate with government services in the U.S. Not certain yet if offices like Social Security will accept forms mailed from an online-filler service, so am withholding the 5th star until I know they'll actually accept my forms.

It was easy to get started with PDFfiller. Importing the file was easy. Adding text or signatures was very intuitive. It does the job quickly and efficiently.

Maybe I haven't found it, but it would help if there was a way to stop the fillable areas from snapping to each other. I had to figure out work-arounds for a lot of them.

Great Customer Service
Great customer service, very quick reply and they took care of my issue immediately. Highly recommend this company. I did use the service as a free trial once and it's well worth the yearly fee if you have a need for a service where you can fill out, update and/or use .pdf documents.
