With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I'd rather pay per document. I don't need the subscription and will likely cancel after this transaction. Consider offering a cheap per-page service in the future.

The application is smooth and easier to maneuver through all the features. I am impressed with the set-up of tools and the ability to move easily throughout the site to get documents edited, saved and printed.

I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

I recently started a trial account with pdfFiller but it wasn't quite what I was needing. I didn't cancel the trial correctly so when my Debit card was charged I immediately contacted support and they resolved it within about an hour!

How do you extend a building permit?
If you are unable to commence or complete works within these timeframes, you must apply for an extension of time before the Building Permit expires. To extend a Building Permit, complete the Application for Building Permit extension of time form. Submit your application to Council offices and pay the appropriate fee.
Can you extend a building permit?
If your building permit is about to expire and now or only some inspections have taken place, you should make a request to extend your building permit. If your permit has expired and final inspection was not secured, then you will need to refile to continue the project.
