Not a bad program to work on pdf documents and comes with an online storage box. It does require a monthly subscription fee for the service, but may be more affordable for some if you don't already have the more expensive Adobe Acrobat or other program.

It is great to be able to find government forms I need for my business and able to complete them in such a short time! Going through other services, this proves to be costly (especially at tax time) and the yearly fee I pay is minimal and well worth it!

I love it but when I was trying to edit document I could only click and erase some fields. I had to use the eraser for the rest. But overall great product.

Helpful for Digital Signature
Overall the PDF filler is amazing and free!
These days, a lot of people don't have printers and scanners. Also, a lot of us are working from home. This software makes it possible to sign documents without printing and scanning.
My least favorite thing is that you have to create an account to save your document. It would be nice to not have to provide my email to save the document.

I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. How do I fill out a Kentucky title?
Complete the assignment of title on the back of your Kentucky title. Complete the seller and buyer section of the Application for Kentucky Certificate of Title/Registration. Complete the Application for Title/Affidavit of Total Consideration on the back of the title.
How do you sign over a car title in Kentucky?
Flip over your Kentucky car title to complete the assignment portion area. The current owner must sign ownership of the car over to the new owner. Complete MTR form # TC96-182 (see Resources), which is the application for a new Kentucky title. Submit the form to the local county clerk where the car is to be registered.
Do both parties have to be present for a title transfer?
The procedures for transferring ownership are similar to buying or selling a car: the donor must include the odometer disclosure on the title, both parties must sign and date the title, and the recipient must go to the DMV and apply for a new title in his/her name and pay the transfer fee.
