It's very good app. The cost for what it offers is alot better then having a Adobe subscription. You can fax and a whole bunch of things. It just made my life easy.

What do you like best?
I really like the fact that you can create your own templates and save them for future use. I also like being able to send a text to another party and have them sign electronically.
What do you dislike?
The only real complaint I have is that I keep getting signed out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

I feel that it was inappropriate and a bit shady to let a customer edit the PDF and then hit them with the credit card ask. Maybe let them do a test for 15m or something.

The level of communication the team has… The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Basic PDF Editor I use it for PDFs for our Escrow files. We have clients sign docs and we can make changes to anything that they send us and then send to them to sign off on it It is easy and very good for a basic PDF editor. You can make simple changes and save it so it looks exactly like a PDF should. You can add and edit text, highlight, adjust sizing, etc. It is too basic but i understand that it is not Adobe. I wish I could edit the text that is in the PDF more easily to make it match and all look seamless

What is a Lien? The term lien refers to a legal claim or legal right which is made against the assets that are held as collaterals for satisfying a debt. A lien can be established by a creditor or a legal judgement. The purpose of the lien is to guarantee an underlying obligation such as the repayment of the loan.
Before the start of 2022, lien waiver forms had to be notarized to make it official. However, the latest updates to the Texas Lien Laws effective on January 1st, 2022 removed this requirement and lien waivers do not need to be notarized anymore.
A Lien Demand Letter or Notice of Intent to Lien is a formal demand for payment. A lien demand letter puts a debtor on notice of your intent to lien the job site property by a specific date deadline. Increase your odds of getting paid with a lien demand letter.
Once you pay off your loan, your lienholder will send you an official release of lien letter. You'll take that to your state BMV or DMV (or, in some cases, to your local city/town clerk's office) along with your current title and apply for an updated title.
