An easy method of filling out and sending documents. Problem with sending document due to 'Bugs' in the system It took three tries to send off a document and I still do not have a confirmation that it was send nor d I have a date in which the document would be received. The concept is good as I can go to the website and complete a document and send it off. Still some bugs

What do you like best?
I like the ease in completing the forms, the ease in re-locating the form is need be, able to store signatures from officers of the company
What do you dislike?
Not really a "Dislike" just challenging to adjust the fonts to fit in some of the small areas allotted for phone numbers and with the ( ) sometimes challenging to get the numbers to fit properly

this is a time saver if you have several business forms to be completed. It's easy to use and great for referencing if you need to re-visit the form to tweek.

What do you like best?
I love that I can alter a pdf with just about anything. I can also send forms to my clients to e-sign through a secure site. Often I use it to sign documents that are sent to me as well.
What do you dislike?
The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.

The product is great and very easy to… The product is great and very easy to use. I had started a free trial for one time use, but forgot to cancel it and was charged for a full year, but when I contacted them they refunded my money straight away with no questions asked. I wish all companies were as good to deal with as this!

The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. Is there a way that 1 page can be… Is there a way that 1 page can be flipped? sometimes there are documents that are written horizontally and there is no way to fill it in unless the sheet is rotated. If there is no way to do this then it should be. That is why one star is missing. otherwise great.
