I like the service just wish the process of saving and/or printing docs wasn't as cumbersome - two or three pop up windows before action is completed and not automatically redirected to doc list.

With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

That I am able to take any non-fillable pdf document and make it fillable.
What do you dislike?
I find the ease of use of the website decreased with the updated version. Not impossible, but less ease of use. Nothing too bad.

To fill out a stock certificate, you fill in the name of the shareholder, the name of the corporation, the number of shares represented by the certificate, the date, and possibly an identification number. There is also a space for a corporate officer to sign on behalf of the corporation and to affix the corporate seal.
You can find out who your company's transfer agent is by contacting its investor relations department. Then, the transfer agent will have you send in any paper stock certificates you have, along with a letter of instruction to instruct it on how to change the ownership of the stock.
To fill out a stock certificate, you fill in the name of the shareholder, the name of the corporation, the number of shares represented by the certificate, the date, and possibly an identification number. There is also a space for a corporate officer to sign on behalf of the corporation and to affix the corporate seal.
In order to cash in the stock, you need to fill out the transfer form on the back of the certificate and have it notarized. Once complete, send the notarized certificate to the transfer agent, who will register the stock to you as owner.
Stock ledgers require the following for every transaction: The number of company shares transferred. The amount paid for the shares. A description of the share type. The names, addresses, and contact information of each shareholder. The updated number of shares for each shareholder.
