Only criticism is I tried to pay with my New Zealand AMEX and it was rejected and Amex NZ blocked the card sensing you were defrauding me! Payment went through via another card but only after the bank got my OK as it seems your company has some "black marks" and perhaps inadvertent links to some known fraudsters.

I had the wrong EIN number on a 1099-misc.and it kept rejecting it until I got it corrected which made me frustrated until I saw it was an error in the EIN given to me and then I was glad that I used the service to correct the error.

This program has been a life saver but...
This program has been a life saver and a game changer as a secretary who sends out a lot of documents to families. There are a couple frustrations I've run into though.
The auto line up feature when adding text boxes or checkboxes can be an annoyance because a lot of things don't need to be lined up and therefore causes it to be slightly off of exactly where I need to place it. I'm not sure if that's a feature I can turn off so it could just be user error.
My biggest wish is that I was able to size multiple text boxes to varying sizes and then combine them as a whole text box but keep the sizes of the boxes.
Some of the forms I am editing have 3 or 4 rows of lines for a short answer but the first line is shorter than the rest. So expanding the text box to have multiple lines available just wouldn't work because it's always a perfect rectangle.

I found that I no longer needed pdfFiller but the subscription was renewed. Upon advising prfFiller they promptly refunded the subscription. A good and honest company.

It's a great service that operates smoothly and is good value for money (especially when deals are applied) compared to Adobe. I prefer the interface and the amount of options is comprehensive.

PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. It makes forms and fillable documents, signature request documents, so very convenient, easy. It's super user friendly as well, I love it. Also the staff super helpful. Simon and Rachel were super great and on it, they both got right back to me within seconds and assisted me with knowledgeable kind and quick service and I appreciate that a lot as well in a company. Twice a year I need to turn a pdf form into a fillable form. I don't need a subscription for such a minimal need. I wish there was truly a free way to do this without creating a trial subscription.
