Sometimes the signature block format gets distorted (inserts as a code).

How do I authenticate documents in China Embassy?
1) One fully completed Application Form of Consular Legalization. 2) The original DFA authenticated document and a photocopy. 3) The applicant's passport and a photocopy of the photo/information page. What is the difference between authentication and notarization?
Authentication is that a diplomatic or consular representative of a country certify the authenticity of the last signature and stamp on a notarized document issued by the notaries agent or the authenticate agent. It does not certify the legality and trustworthiness of the notarized document's content.
