Great software, some things are not intuitive
You can edit documents, replace text, add fillable fields, etc. Great for documents that are used often and just need a few details changed.
"Replace text" can be difficult to use. Also the process of saving a document is kind of clunky.

It's been a life saver in a lot of situations
It's versatile and sleek and does just about everything that I need when working on PDF documents. I've loved having to school use as well.
I wish that I could merge and split PDFs instead of just write on them. I also think it would be great if PDF filler had a better way to see where documents are in the signature process.

HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE WITH THE FORMATTING. iT MAY HAVE BEEN THE TEMPLATE THAT I WAS USING AND NOT THE PDF FILLER. i HAVE USED DOC HUB FOR A LONG TIME AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! IT IS MY GO TO PROGRAM.

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). After reaching Rachel on pdfFiller's customer service team, they not only refunded me but also waived a month of free access. I couldn't be happier of using it! Recommending it to all my friends, from now on!

What do you like best?
Basically, it just works. There is no learning curve, no difficulties, no glitches. It is simple, does what it is supposed to do and more. I can merge sheets, sign docs, fill out forms ... everything that could otherwise be a hassle while working remotely.
What do you dislike?
It may just be my set up, but when I have completed the document on pdf Filler and click "save as," it downloads to my desktop as opposed to allowing me to set the folder of my choice on my hard drive. Not that big of a deal to open the download and 'save as' from there, but just a small annoyance.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I often receive documents piecemeal - one page at a time - or I get them back from different signors in different configurations. I love that I can upload them all at once, merge them right off the bat and have the combined document. I can easily rearrange the pages if needed too. Also, during this Pandemic, it has proved invaluable in getting documents easily executed when you cannot meet with signors in person.

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.

Do I need to complete entrance counseling for loans annually?
Once on file, entrance counseling has no expiration date and your MPN is valid for ten years as long as you are borrowing loans. You are not required to complete them annually, though you are able and certainly welcome to do so. Click the following links for more information about entrance counseling and MPN.
How long does entrance counseling take to process?
How long will it take? The entire counseling process must be completed in a single session. Most people complete counseling in 20-30 minutes.
What is MPN and entrance counseling?
Master Promissory Note (MPN) and Entrance Counseling. The MPN is your promise that you will repay these funds. You may only receive Direct Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loan funds after the FAFSA, Master Promissory Note (MPN) and Entrance Counseling have been completed.
What is an entrance counseling?
What is Student Loan Entrance Counseling? Student loan entrance counseling is a mandatory process that is intended to help borrowers better understand the responsibilities that they will be taking on with this federal loan. The goal is to lower the rates of delinquency and default in student loan borrowers.
Why do you need references for MPN?
The references are not used to vouch for the borrower's character. Rather, the references should be people who will always know the borrower's current address, in case mail to the borrower is returned as undeliverable. The first reference on the student's MPN should generally be the student's parent or guardian.
How long does MPN take to process?
How long will it take? The entire MPN process must be completed in a single session. Most people complete the MPN in less than 30 minutes.
Do you have to fill out an MPN every year?
Question: Will I need to complete a Master Promissory Note (MPN) every year? Answer: In most cases, for Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loans, once you've submitted the MPN, and it's been accepted, you won't have to fill out a new MPN for future loans you receive.
Do you have to sign a new MPN every year?
Your school requires you to sign a new MPN each academic year (most schools don't require this). You signed an MPN more than one year ago, but no loan was disbursed. You signed an MPN more than 10 years ago.
