It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. This app is really user-friendly. It has everything you would expect it to have and more. I never had to google how to do something on this app, every function is there and easy to use.

My experience was good with pdfFiller. I just don't feel that I would use it enough to keep the extra expense!
This was my response and I truly liked it a lot but I don't think that I would be using it enough to warrant the extra expense.

Fair and excellent experience
I did not manage to effectively cancel my subscription during the trial period but pdfFiller did refund me the license fee with no problem at all

I was perplexed when my money was…
I was perplexed when my money was deducted without prior notice. I didn't know what to do at first because I thought that refund couldn't be possible but I decided to reach out to them despite the uncertainty.
I was happy with the services rendered, the customer relationship and grateful for the refund. The service is customer friendly and has quick response to issues.

It is user friendly, very easy to navigate and to find the features I need regularly such as text and erase

Nothing that stands out. Again I use it every day and it has greatly reduced time spent on admin work
