Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. I have enjoyed the ease of the program but I there are things I need to know. I'd like to be able to alphabetize my patients and store them more easily.

It keeps mixing up my two accounts - - one subscription with an aol email address and one free account with my fire dept. address. I believe it's due to my MSOffice password settings.

Need a dark background theme and to improve the highlighter color so that the text remains "clear" after highlighting! "Everything thing else is very good!"

Great tool!
Great tool. I used it only to edit like half a dozen infographics.
If anything I would ask for a full color pallet and different shapes for fills and graphics.
It could maybe use a little more simplicity of use with the saving/ uploading function but at least functionality is there, no bugs in my experience.

What do you like best?
The ability to import work documents into PDF Filler has made my life seamless.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike is that I didn’t find PDF Filler earlier.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I’ve realized that integration of documents and the ability to remotely edit them is a skill I didn’t necessarily realize I needed. PDF Filler has allowed me to learn and new skill while at the same time complete my work more efficiently.

Great to use, but wish the font/size/color of text would always remain as the original was during editing existing text, or at least show what that information is to the user.
