User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. Now neither of the websites supports filling out any forms. I was extremely frustrated with this change. PDFfiller has made my life so much easier. Thank you

The only thing I really had a problem… The only thing I really had a problem with is that I completed what I thought was a "free" form and then had to sign up for a free trial. The actual program is very useful and helpful and relatively easy to navigate through.

Top quality all round Only used the free trial for a specific task needed at the time and pdfFiller offered everything I asked for, unlike other services I tried. Very straightforward and accessible. Fast forward a month and I’ve forgot to unsubscribe. I see an email saying $180 dollars has been paid out. Of course, it was agreed upon, the yearly subscription follows the free trial. But I didn’t want the subscription, I hadn’t used it since the first day. And to be clear it was not for a lack of quality but rather a lack of necessity. But all I had to do was email the support team and even on a Sunday their responses were immediate, clear and thoughtful. I explained the situation, they saw my predicament and even though I was at fault, they did not hesitate to cancel my subscription and repay me in full. The money was back in my account just hours later. Superbly run business!!

The following types of persons are required to file an assumed name certificate with the county clerk in each county in which a business office is or will be maintained. If the person does not maintain a business office in Texas, then in each county in which the person conducts business.
Get an Assumed Name Certificate application. In Texas, this is called Form 503: Assumed Name Certificate.” To obtain this document, visit your county clerk to pick up a form in person, or visit Secretary of State website to download it.
Any type of entity structure can file an Assumed Name, whether you are operating as a sole proprietor, a partnership, a corporation, or an LLC. In fact, a lot of times banks may require proof of your Assumed Name Certificate before you can open your business bank account for a sole proprietorship or partnership.
You can get Form 503 either at the Texas state website or through your local municipal clerk. Form 503 requires companies filing for a DBA to show proof of the current legal name and registration of the company, as well as other information such as its address. You can then apply for a maximum of a 10-year DBA.
