PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. I wanted to be able to duplicate a filled form and make a couple of changes. Then save with a new name. I did download and rename before I did this. glad I did. PdfFiller overwrote the file. All is well since I downloaded the original.

I am having some trouble navigating. I want to bring back 2 copies of a form which I printed but want now to make minor corrections. Can't seem to find the way bac. Maybe I did not save them properly

I was dealing with California DMV forms and no where did it tell me to send our Florida Statutes showing the towing procedures for a private property tow. They rejected my pkg. & sent letter, delaying processing 2 mths. Very frustrating to say the least.

Not the easiest to figure out initially, and detailed instructions are a bit hard to come by, but it seems to do what I need it to do to make signable forms and merged PDF's.

You can also order tax return and account transcripts by calling 800-908-9946 and following the prompts in the recorded message, or by completing Form 4506-T, Request for Transcript of Tax Return (PDF) or Form 4506T-EZ, Short Form Request for Individual Tax Return Transcript (PDF) and mailing it to the address listed

If you don't see a return transcript available for download, it likely means that you didn't file a return for that year, or that the IRS hasn't processed the return. Record of account transcripts: Current tax year, five prior years, and any years with recent activity, such as a payment or notice.

If you filed your tax return electronically, IRS's return processing takes from 2 to 4 weeks before a transcript becomes available. If you mailed your tax return, it takes about 6 weeks.

What does a tax return transcript look like?
Transcripts don't look exactly like the forms you filed for your taxes. Tax Return Transcript: Shows most line items from your original tax return, but it doesn't show changes after you filed your original return. Tax Account Transcript: Shows personal filing information plus AGI, taxable income and payment types.
