PDFfiller is very easy to use and the auto-save feature works reliably. One thing that I didn't like was that I had to sign up for a plan to be able to save my pdf. Had I not chosen to sign up, I believe my work would have not been saved. What compelled me to sign up was that I didn't want to lose the work that I was doing. Overall, I think PDFfiller is a great tool and worth the money; however, some users may not like the mandatory payment in order to see their documents again.

Needed immediate access to a form and an option for signatures and PDFfiller worked really well for me. I signed up for the wrong plan but didn't realize it and someone from PDFfiller contacted me and asked how I would like to proceed. They also refunded my money for the incorrect plan,and made sure I had the correct amount charged for the correct plan. Forms are easy to use. Very impressed so far.

I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied! The only feature I don't see (maybe I've missed it) that would be helpful is the ability to spilt a document.Otherwise, it's super easy to use.

I actually wish I needed this service. Twice now their support live chat saved my life with recovering a file and cancelled my subscription within seconds of requesting. 10/10.

Needed something to fill out a form in…
Needed something to fill out a form in a hurry - it did recognise the fields, that's a plus compared with some others, LOL. Wasn't looking for any fancy features like faxing, but did the job. May only cancel IF I don't use it that much.

It met what I needed but there is a problem with text fonts. In my case I needed a specific font and I couldn't find it, it would be interesting if it were possible to include a new font.
