Fillable Tentative Field Object: edit PDFs from anywhere

The PDF is a popular document format for a variety of reasons. PDFs are accessible on any device to share them between desktops and phones with different displays and settings. You can open it on any computer or phone running any OS — it will appear exactly the same.

The next reason is data safety: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so they're risk-free for sharing data. That’s why it’s essential to pick a secure editing tool, especially when working online. Some platforms grant access to an opening history to track down those who read or filled out the document before without your notice.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, edit, sign, and share PDF files directly from your internet browser tab. Thanks to the numerous integrations with the most popular solutions for businesses, you can upload a data from any system and continue where you left off. Once you finish editing a document, you can forward it to recipients to complete and get a notification when it’s completed.

Use editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Change a page order. Add images to your PDF and edit its layout. Collaborate with other users to fill out the fields and request an attachment if needed. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

Anna was very knowledgeable and told us… Anna was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know regarding privacy on PDFfiller. It's a safe platform to use. You can work on a form for a client and then they have ways for them to import it into their own PDFfiller account. Without you having to worry about getting into their data! She showed me step-by-step how to do it. Thanks Anna!

To remove active content from a PDF file, try sanitizing the PDF. Go to Tools> Protection> Sanitize document.
Select the form field and choose Forms > Edit Fields > Place Multiple Fields. Right-click/Control-click the form field and choose To create Multiple Copies.
Make sure that the security settings allow form filling. (See File > Properties > Security.) Make sure that the PDF includes interactive, or fillable, form fields. If you can't type in the form fields, then the fields are probably not interactive.
