Very Quick, saves me a lot of time. I regularly get pdf's that need to be completed and sent back. Now I can upload, fill out and return in a fraction of the time. Since the data is typed, I never get a question about what I wrote.

Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.

Make sure to explore all functions this product offers! There is a ton of functions for the price you pay, take full advantage and improve your day to day work!

The support with this company surpasses…
The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. We can all learning something from this great customer service. This is too few and far between nowadays. "Sam" is who helped me today and I hope he gets the recognition that they deserve!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! How do you get a contractor to finish a job?
First, compile all paperwork. Fire them. File a claim if contractor is bonded. File a complaint with the state licensing board if contractor is licensed. Request mediation or arbitration. File a suit in small claims court. Hire an attorney. File complaints and post public reviews.

Do I have to pay a contractor for incomplete work?
If the job is incomplete and a solution cannot be found, you could stop paying the contractor, fire your contractor and/or hire another contractor to complete the job (remember to keep a paper trail of work completed and costs).
When a contractor does a bad job?
Check to see if your contractor is a member of a trade association which may have a dispute resolution scheme you can use. If they are not, you can take your complaint to the Consumer Ombudsman to try to sort things out. Keep evidence for example photographs of shoddy work.

Contractor May Sue If you don't pay a contractor, there's a good chance he'll sue you in court for the money that you owe. Even if a written contract doesn't exist, the contractor can still testify that a verbal agreement was made and demand that you pay the money agreed upon.
