easy software to use and afords most of the functions that I need the ease of use and the price, availability of pdf acord forms on line, and ability to revise forms with the pdf fromat does not have some of the functions that would make it even more useful to an insurance agent, i.e. the ability to attach emails and the ability to document conversations for reference and use of other team members

Back to HOW PRECAST BUILDS. Precast concrete is a versatile structural material and can be used as the structural system of a building, bridge or other structure. Precast structural systems are comprised of a variety of shapes and components. Most of these will fall into categories of beams, columns, or walls.
Columns are typically used to support beams and spaniels in applications such as parking structures and precast concrete structural systems of all types. They generally are designed as multilevel components ranging from a single story to six levels or more.
Precast concrete is a construction product produced by casting concrete in a reusable mold or “form” which is then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the construction site and lifted into place (“tilt up”). In contrast, standard concrete is poured into site-specific forms and cured on site.
Precast concrete beam and block is the rapid solution to high quality, economical concrete floor construction. Concrete beam and block floors are constructed using prestressed concrete beams supporting standard concrete blocks spanning between 'T' beams.
Precast concrete is made up of coarse and fine aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures. It is mixed in the factory's batch plant according to the concrete mix design specified by the engineer.
Safe Construction Platform: No raw materials have to be stocked in site for Precast Concrete construction. It reduces the requirement of traditional form works and props, wastage, workers, etc. and thus provides a safe working platform.
The study revealed that, on average, the precast concrete slabs were 23.22% cheaper than cast-in-place concrete construction and precast columns were 21.4% cheaper than cast-in-place concrete construction, especially for large scale production.
The Precast-prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) advises that the bigger the panel, the lower the erection cost per square foot. For example, erection of a 100-square-foot panel could cost about $30 per square foot, whereas a 200-square-foot panel could cost around $20 per square foot.
Strength & Durability a long- lasting solution Precast concrete grows stronger over time. While other materials deteriorate, studies have shown that precast concrete can provide a service life of more than 100 years, requiring little or no maintenance. It's the ideal choice for your design solution.
Concrete buildings offer many safety advantages over steel skeleton structures. ... Companies also offer concrete repairs which tend to be a lot quicker, simpler and cheaper than other repairs on steel structures. Steel on the other hand, in terms of cost, is generally a cheaper option.
